Meet Ciara Devery
Ciara graduated from the University of Ulster in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science Hons Degree in Physiotherapy. She embarked on a career specialising in Musculosketal physiotherapy working in the public and private sector in NI, New Zealand and Australia; and completed a MSc in Manual Therapy at The University of Western Australia in 2008. She has also worked extensively with numerous sports clubs throughout her career both pitch-side and in the clinic.
Following the birth of her first child in 2009 she developed an interest in Pelvic Health and has completed extensive post-graduate training in both female and male pelvic issues. Ciara has a special interest in pelvic organ prolapse and developed the first physiotherapy led pessary fitting service in the HSE in 2017. In 2018 she presented at the ISCP national conference on the subject and now assists in training other physios and GP’s to fit pessaries within the service.
Meet Rhea Lambe
Rhea graduated from University of Brighton with a Bachelor of Science with 1st Class Honours in Physiotherapy in 2020. She has worked within the National Health Service and has spent a substantial amount of her career working as a private specialist musculoskeletal and sports injury physiotherapist.
She has also provided rehabilitation and pitch-side physiotherapy support within various sports and with a wide range of athletes. Highlights of her career include being Lead Physiotherapist for the Tyrone Minor GAA team during their 2025 All-Ireland winning season, providing team physiotherapy for Portadown Rugby Club, Ulster Rugby Junior & Academy athletes, Carrickmore GAA Senior Men, and Omagh CBS 2023/2024 MacRory & Hogan Cup champions.
Rhea has extensive experience treating a wide range of sports injuries, joint and tendon issues and post-operative rehabilitation.
