Our Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries Clinic is based at Kendal Judo Club, Parkside Business Park, Parkside Road, Kendal LA9 7EN. The Judo Club is an Olympic training venue for the 2012 Olympics. It offers lots of free parking, level access, comfortable waiting area with tea and coffee making facilities and disabled access toilets. You may even see some of the 2012 hopefuls busy training at the venue.
Active-Physio provides physiotherapy for clients registered with BUPA, AXA PPP, most major health insurers and and companies handling medical claims (please check before booking treatment),. A doctor's referral is not necessary. Iain Cole, one of our physiotherapists, is also accredited by UK Athletics to treat elite level athletes.
Active-Physio can also visit clients in their own home, or place of work, at times that are often more convenient for them; allowing clients to fit physiotherapy sessions into their daily schedules.
